With Regency Kitchen Design buying a new kitchen no longer has to be daunting

A kitchen is not just for cooking. It’s the heart of your home and it needs to suit your lifestyle.

With Regency Kitchen Design you have a designer who can help you make the right decisions for your new kitchen. For it to be a success, your input is vital. That’s why we work closely with you to explore how you live, work, relax, shop, cook – and how you want to use your kitchen.

You enjoy a carefully-created bespoke design

  • We use the concept of ‘dynamic space’ in our design process – to make your finished kitchen more enjoyable to use.
  • Because most things are made to order, you’re not limited to standard sizes.
  • We combine a wider range of materials and products than you’ll find in a showroom.

You no longer have to deal with pushy showroom salespeople

Instead, you enjoy a highly-personalised service – with one person – for the whole design and installation process. From day one you have personal contact with designer, Michael Cassidy.

We check you’re happy at every stage and we guarantee that what we design and agree is what we deliver. We tie up ALL loose ends for you and we come back 12 months after installation to make sure everything’s still working well. (You don’t get that from a national retailer!)

But how much should you spend on a new kitchen?

A new kitchen is an excellent way of investing your money right now – it can preserve or enhance the value of your home and bring you a better return on your savings than current bank interest rates!

Market opinion suggests spending 5% of the value of your house on a kitchen. It could add as much as 15% to the value of your property. The ratio depends on your total spend and the size of your property. In general you add greater value on a lower-range spend.

Spend £5,000 and you’re likely to see a £10,000 increase in value. Spend £10,000 and get a £20,000 increase. But when you spend £40,000, you’ll probably get a £40,000 increase in value.
